WHASTON looks a good bet to land this event; Ambrose Princess and Circadian Rhythm rate as the main dangers. James Bethell's 3-year-old is not the most consistent, but he wasn't beaten far here last time out and he looks primed for a big run tonight. Circadian Rhythm has got course and distance winning form but she has shaped as though the handicapper has got her measure on her last two starts and we are happy to take her on. Ambrose Princess has been in good form prior to her most recent run, but that might just have come too soon for her and she could be worth another chance. Italian Goddess would have claims on the pick of her form, but she seems to have regressed on her last two starts and we will stick with Whaston as the pick.
