In depth

Verdict

ALLAVINA was biting off more than she could chew in a Grade 2 at The Festival last month and has stronger claims in this, despite conceding weight all round. West End Lady has placed three times at Hexham but isn’t really improving. September Daisy is likely to need more time but Fortunes Melody has plenty of experience and won a Listed contest in France, though she was a big disappointment on her UK debut at Southwell and has since had a wind operation and wears a tongue-tie today.
