This is a really competitive sprint handicap and narrow preference is for RIDLEY DIDLEY over Wreningham, First Blade and Rainy Night. Ridley Didley could be the value call and he might just be able to dictate the race from his high draw in stall 14. He has bags of early speed and the race he won at Wolverhampton two starts ago has worked out particularly well. He may have bounced last time and we are prepared to forgive him. Wreningham beat Mr Funshine at Yarmouth last time out when he seemed to score with a bit in hand, so he is certainly respected as a live danger. First Blade has an absence to overcome but he has only been out of the money once in four starts on the turf and if he is fit enough to do himself justice then he can go well. Rainy Night is another returning from a break and he would also be entitled to get competitive on the pick of his turf form. Divine Spirit is a course and distance winner but this 9-year-old has been off the track since October and he may be a bit sharper for the outing. An open event and the pick goes the way of Ridley Didley.
