LIBERTY LADY gets the call here over Boogie Waltzer and Val C. The selection beat Lets Move it at Southwell and the form of her previous run at Kempton has also worked out very well. She looks to be a filly on an upward curve and she is taken to win again on her turf debut. Boogie Waltzer has finished second on each of her last three starts but she has shown her best turf form with cut in the ground and it remains to be seen how she handles tonight's underfoot conditions. Val C chased home Addictive Dream at Wolverhampton last month and although she is entitled to respect, she has had a few chances now without being able to take one. Richard Hannon has his string in decent form so Rio Mist is not without hope, but being by Captain Rio, she is another who might be better with a bit more juice in the ground. Exceed Power was doing her best work at the finish at Ffos Las earlier in the month and if she can build on that then she could be a player. However, the vote goes to Liberty Lady.
