This does appear to be competitive but none makes as much appeal as Scuffle. Roger Charlton's filly won her maiden over course and distance and, although not leniently handicapped, should have enough scope to win from her initial mark. The form has worked out well with the second and fourth winning next time whilst the third and fifth showed a decent level of form in subsequent defeats. Mekong Melody won well at Goodwood but the yard's form remains a cause for concern. Connections of Eternal Luck and Lindelaan reach for the headgear for the first time and the various appliances could bring about some improvement from this pair of lightly raced individuals. Toto Skyllachy and Arctic Cape both make some appeal too whilst some of the remainder may have a little more to prove but are dropping in grade. Some interesting runners go to post but none are of more interest than Scuffle.
