    Verdict

Many questions to be answered here and the safest bet looks to be Sa Nau, Height Of Fury and Megaton are two interesting opponents. The selection won a maiden hurdle at Fakenham in January, but has cut no ice since then over jumps and on the all-weather. However he was successful off a mark of 55 when last seen on the turf without obstacles and off a mark of just three pounds higher he should go close. Height Of Fury should step up on his recent return at Nottingham and with ground and trip in his favour a big run is expected. Peter Bowen has been flying over the jumps and the lightly raced Megaton should be watched closely in the betting market. Blue Hills and Pochard have claims on their best form but Sa Nau has been given a chance by the handicapper and he gets our vote.
