El Dececy is taken to get the better of It's A Dream and Harare. The selection gained due reward for some consistent performances when running out a ready winner of a Warwick handicap on his latest start. A 6lb rise in the weights clearly makes his task tougher but he's proved competitive from higher marks in the past and won in a manner that suggested that he may be able to do so again; he's taken to do just that tonight. Harare is still awaiting his first win on turf but he's a winner on the all-weather and has posted some fair efforts in defeat. He showed signs that he was returning to form on his latest start and could get into the mix. It's A Dream rates a bigger danger though having beaten El Dececy on his penultimate start, since then only the bang in-form Paraguay has got the better of him. He's weighted to confirm the places on official ratings but the selection's rider is able to claim 7lbs and that may prove to be the deciding factor in favour of El Dececy.
