Verdict

A small field goes to post for this novices chase and it looks a straight forward opportunity for the Martin Pipe trained Miss Cool. The mare was much better than her rivals was much better than all her rivals over hurdles and she would have won her first chase but for falling when clear. She is sure to have been well schooled since and if she completes the course she will be hard to beat. If anything were to go wrong with Miss Cool Quiet Water looks the one most likely to benefit. The mare from the Phillip Hobbs yard was a handicap hurdle winner under similar conditions and is she takes to fences she will not be far away. Of the remainder Keitho and Lord Of The Bride are from top yards but they may come on for the experience.
