Verdict

COOMBE HILL has been a standing dish in these parts on the point-to-point and hunting scene and confirmed his wellbeing at the age of 13 when rallying well to score here at the start of April. He's closely matched with Iron Chancellor on that form as the latter was a close-up third but it's the overall profile of the selection that makes greater appeal as he rarely seems to run a bad race. The same can not always be said of Double Bank but it would be folly to write him off. He ran a cracker here last time when just going down to Bermuda Boy, who has gone well since to give the form a healthier sheen.
