Verdict

The seller can go to Audiostreetdotcom, who gets a narrow vote over Knight Of Silver and Jalons Star. Much as the selection wins very rarely, he has often run good races in defeat and, dropped to this level over hurdles for the first time, looks set to go close. Officially the highest-rated of these, he actually ran better at Southwell last time than might first appear to be the case, as he lost his action approaching the final flight. A course winner in May, Knight Of Silver ran well enough at Stratford two outings ago to strongly suggest that he will make a bold bid to score, while the Mick Channon-trained Jalons Star, who will be fit from the Flat but has been campaigned mainly over fences in the National Hunt sphere of late, holds claims based on his hurdling form of 2002. Best of the modest rest could prove to be Martin Pipe's Bajan Girl, although she has so far failed to build on her bumper promise of last year. In conclusion, then, the vote in the seller goes to Audiostreetdotcom.
