Samsons Son still looks ahead of the handicapper here and can defy a penalty to take this from Mia's Boy, Lap Of Honour, Bajan Pride and Comma. The selection has won successive races over 7f in maiden and then handicap company. He was staying on strongly at the end of that trip so a mile looks ideal for him and as he won cosily last time he looks capable of completing the treble. Mia's Boy got off the mark over 7f at Thirsk last time. He enjoyed the juice in the ground there and doesn't get it tonight, though this step up in trip won't inconvenience. Lap Of Honour carries a penalty for a soft ground Beverley win over this trip and won't be far away, Bajan Pride was a Kempton winner last time and can go well from this mark here, while Comma is due a 7lb rise tomorrow after a good performance when runner up to the useful Les Fazzani, also at Kempton, and he looks a bigger threat to out selection Samsons Son.
