Abydos, Know The Law and Bankable are the trio to concentrate upon and we stick with the first named. The selection was a supposed second string on debut but there was plenty of money around and he managed to run into the places. The going will be an imponderable but there was certainly a lot to be gleaned from the first outing. Know The Law has more experience than most and sets a fair yardstick. His Sandown second reads well in the context of this affair and the market is watched. Bankable is very well bred. Connections have been keen not to rush to the track and there is plenty of ability on both dam and sire side of the pedigree. Waymark has become frustrating and may find another too good. La Lunete is sure to have come on for a first outing while Perfect Clause is given a surprisingly low key introduction given his breeding. Ezdiyaad probably has ability but has ran green on both starts thus far. Abydos has more positives than negatives and is put up as the selection.
