Runswick Bay is a sporting bet against Elna Bright and Master Chef. The selection is blessed with plenty of early speed and as an inmate of an unfashionable yard. there is every chance that the bookies may be rather more rewarding in their pricing. The colt does have to reverse form with Elna Bright but the conditions are markedly different on this occasion and he can prosper for getting his toe in. The aforementioned Elna Bright did struggle on a subsequent visit to headquarters and as a consequence, questions have to be answered. Master Chef isn't top weight without a reason but he will need a career best to give weight around on this surface. Red Alert Day has taken time to come to hand and it remains to be seen whether an 11lb hike for a recent Newmarket success is fair. Dan Tucket has been beaten off similar marks while Cracking has speed but rates an imponderable on today's surface. Runswick Bay should have conditions to suit and will attempt to make all from the gate.
