Night Cru is chanced against Flor Y Nata, King Charles and Press The Button. The selection almost nicked a similar affair at Sandown under George Baker and with the assessor deciding not to punish what appeared to be an improved effort, we will chance him at the likely odds here. He is set to reoppose the free running, Weightless, on this occasion. Flor Y Nata has ran in listed company with plenty of cut in the ground so there would be no surprise to see some interest in him here. His British form has not lived up to expectations so a watching brief is advised. King Charles has ran well at Newmarket in the past albeit on a faster surface. Similarly, the in-form Press The Button, has questions to answer as he floundered badly on a similar surface when tried on it in the past. Prize Fighter looks weighted to about her best while Zaif, although apparently exposed, is worth a cursory glance in the market. Night Cru should have the race run to suit and is selected on this occasion.
