Verdict

Alpha Cru won three times last summer but has struggled from her raised mark though did lead for a long way at Hamilton last time. D DAY ODETTE has improved with every run and looks ready to gain her first victory on her handicap debut after chasing home I'll Be There at Goodwood. Improvise landed a novices' event on fast ground at Haydock in September and has found longer trips against her in her two runs this season but Makinitup's two victories have been on testing ground while Ashky's best run came on Polytrack.
