The market will be a big guide here no doubt, and only a tentative vote goes to Hanoona over Hill of Grace, Isis and Emily's Place. With only two having seen the racecourse before, this is not going to be easy to predict, but you can be sure that the Newmarket spies will know the score, so as stated, watch the market. However, with the Mick Channon stable in flying form with its juveniles, a chance is taken that Hanoona will go in first time. The daughter of Zafonic holds no fancy entries but has been striding out well at West Ilsley and can be considered forward enough to do herself justice. Jeremy Noseda saddles both Vague and Hill of Grace, and it is the latter that catches the eye. A daughter of Desert Prince, she is entered in a couple of big sales races later this year and is well thought of. It would be nice to see Henry Cecil do well with his string this term, and Isis could be one to note when the ground is not as fast, while Emily's Place is out of a Selkirk mare and is another that will perhaps require juice in the ground to be seen to best effect. Basically, this is a guessing game, and so Hanoona can only be selected to small stakes.
