A competitive finale which may go the way of LETHAL GLAZE with Oasis Knight and Dazinski amongst the likely dangers. The selection has to prove that he can act on the forecast faster ground but the longer trip should certainly be in his favour judged by the way he stayed on at Salisbury. The ground was riding good to soft that day but he handled it well and got up in the shadow of the post to score by a short-head from the useful High Alert. Oasis Knight ran his best race on his latest start when staying on well to take third behind the smart Zacinto. However, with the exception of the winner, the form hasn't worked out at all well and he is passed over as a result. Dazinski ran on well to win his maiden by a neck over seven furlongs at Yarmouth before finishing in midfield over a mile on his nursery bow at Salisbury. He lacked the pace to get competitive there but should appreciate the extra furlong on offer here. The exposed Jazacosta failed to run his race behind the selection last time but cannot be dismissed whilst Fong's Alibi ran a fair race in a sales race at the Curragh last time and may benefit from this stiffer test of stamina. However, for the winner we'll return to Lethal Glaze.
