Verdict
FEATHERWEIGHT t is taken to step up on her debut effort and break her maiden here at the main expense of Midday and Three Moons. The selection showed up well at Lingfield on the polytrack and tries turf for the first time here, but pedigree suggests both that and the step up in trip should be to her advantage. Although the yard has not had many winners this week its runners are performing well enough and we'll suggest her. Midday has gone well in two previous starts, improving for a Goodwood debut to go close at Newmarket last time. The extra furlong should be a plus and she can go close. Three Moons has been bridesmaid twice in as many starts and she is another who will appreciate this stiff mile. Her form looks solid enough and she shouldn't be far away. Demeanour can show us more back on faster ground now, though the beautifully bred debutant Aromatic would probably want rain to be seen to best effect, and Featherweight is the nomination.
