Cyborg is expected to make a winning handicap debut in this company, possibly at the main expense of Daylami Dreams, Invasion and City Well. David Elsworth's charge looks to have got in off a fair mark and can find considerable improvement for the longer trip on his handicap bow. He travelled beautifully in a Sandown bumper on debut before suffering from an ill-judged ride next time. He has run as well as could have been expected in his three qualifying runs and can prove his mettle this afternoon. Daylami Dreams has some of the best recent form on offer having gone close in first time blinkers last time. He's 3lbs higher and without the headgear now but has been running well all season and should have a say in the outcome. City Well has been off the track for a while but could be a player if fit and ready as he did look useful back in 2006; the market should help. Invasion is the other one to consider here as he has course form and has slipped back to a winning mark but he does have his stamina to prove at this trip. Fregate Island is in the Ebor and went close over this trip last time from a 3lb lower mark and should run his race again but Cyborg may just turn out to be a machine.
