Temple Of Thebes can tower above this opposition and come home in front of Angus Newz and Tia Mia. Ed Dunlop holds this filly in high regard and she's likely to be a very warm order on the back of her close up eighth at the July Meeting. She deserves particular credit for that run as very few horses were able to make up ground from the rear that week which is what she attempted to do but she should have no problem in this field. Angus Newz is in such good form at the moment that she can't be left out of calculations. Her current mark is towards the ceiling of her ability and she may be a shade too high to win a handicap from this mark but she should be involved. Tia Mia hasn't won since debut and finished 6 lengths behind Angus Newz last time out. The revised terms give her claims of reversing the form with Mick Quinn's mare and the softer ground should also suit her whilst Marco Botti is enjoying a decent run of form at present. Vital Statistics is well treated these days and worth a check for signs of market confidence but the selection is likely to be a very warm order racing from the same mark as last week and back against her own sex; Temple Of Thebes should be very hard to beat.
