Verdict

Another challenging handicap especially as a number have not been delivering their best of late. Mr Win is a notable exception, stepping up on his reappearance effort to post a strong second behind Fiftyshadesofgrey at Goodwood last month. He's entitled to plenty of respect on the back of that effort, along with Godolphin's Super Kid, George Cinq and Buckstay. The latter is especially interesting, having already run a couple of crackers this term in the Spring Mile at Doncaster and the Victoria Cup at Ascot last time. He sets the standard on those efforts but a chance is taken that PASTORAL PLAYER, who is another that's been performing with credit in competitive handicap company, can just take his measure with Charlie Bennett's claim taken to prove decisive.
