RIGGINS is an exciting prospect who could start at cramped odds; we expect him to win but for those who prefer an each-way flavour then Final Verse, Viva Vettori and The Fifth Member could all be of interest. Final Verse isn't badly handicapped and ran a couple of decent races for his new yard at the end of last year, Viva Vettori is talented but frustrating whilst The Fifth Member finished fourth in the Spring Mile from this mark. Kinsya merits respect with his yard going well and the likes of Priti Fabulous and Resurge are not without claims but this race revolves around one horse. Two runs in two years is not a great return for a five year-old but this fragile horse has a big engine and is an exciting prospect if he can be kept sound. The handicapper raised him by 9lbs for his defeat of Big Noise but that's unlikely to be enough to anchor him; the Cambridgeshire was mooted as a possible target after that win but his entry for the Group 1 Queen Anne Stakes next month suggests that connections have bigger fish to fry this season and Riggins can take this contest in his stride.
