      Verdict

Just an ordinary handicap for the track and he vote goes to Learned Lad while Wodhill Folly rates a danger along with Ali D and Lord Eurolink. Jamie Poulton's charge displayed a consistent level of form during the winter, notching three handicap wins over this trip on the Polytrack surface at Lingfield, and showed he was ready to strike back on turf when a close second over course and distance last month. The son of Royal Academy has been raised 2lb since but remains well treated on the pick of his all-weather form and has a leading chance here with his useful apprentice claiming a valuable 3lb. Wodhill Folly was successful over this trip at Yarmouth last time but that was a weak affair and she may struggle to defy a 4lb higher mark at this level. Ali D showed a little improvement for the step up to this trip when opening his account at Haydock recently and is respected while Bonella will be sharper for a recent reappearance. Lord Eurolink is on a longish losing sequence and was most disappointing last time but has slipped down to an attractive mark and can't be ruled out of a place if able to recapture the pick of this season's form.
