A large field goes to post for the first on the card but on closer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning but the principals look to be Loveisdangerous, Gone To Ground and Insubordinate and we will take a chance on Gone To Ground. The colt from the Ronnie Barr yard won well in this grade last time out when defeating Countrywide Flyer and from a good draw and with conditions in his favour he will be hard to beat. Loveisdangerous rates the main danger she was a good second behind Emaradia in a claimer last time out and that horse has since run well in a handicap so he should not be far away. Insubordinate could also go well he was fourth in a maiden behind San Remy and he will find this race much easier he should go well from what looks a good draw. Of the remainder Costa Del Sol and King Tara are game and consistent and it would be no surprise to see them run well again but we are happy to side with Gone To Ground.
