This is a wide open looking maiden with plenty of newcomers involved but the vote has to go to Virtual who ran so well on his debut with both Whistledownwind and Almajd the two newcomers both worth noting. The selection caught the eye running a little green when second to Fr Dominic at Newmarket on his debut. He can put that bold effort behind him and with improvement very much on the cards, success will be around the corner. Whistledownwind comes from the Peter Chapple-Hyam camp who have a strong repretation for winning first time out with their two year olds. He is very well bred being by Danehill Dancer and any market moves should be noted. The other newcomer that looks the part on breeding is Almajd and once again he comes from a yard who ready them first time out so the market will be a big clue. But for the winner we return to Virtual.
