An interesting conclusion to the card with HYSTERICAL LADY preferred to Noodles Blue Boy and Taurus Twins. The Dandy Nicholls-trained selection has won two of her five starts and is a filly on an upward curve if her recent Thirsk success is anything to go by. A 7lb rise will perhaps test her mettle, but she won in the manner of a progressive type and we will take her to defy the rise. Noodles Blue Boy ran with plenty of credit in defeat here last time and has already picked up a couple of wins at Beverley, so can't be dismissed readily from a yard that does well with its small string, and a market check is advised. Taurus Twins has a good strike rate with three wins from 14 starts and a couple of framed efforts in the locker and is not one to write off despite being well beaten last time, when the race was not run to suit. He will be thereabouts. Sleepy Valley comes here after failing to land a poor Catterick maiden last time and is likely to be short on class, while Dispol Kylie has that in context and is likely to be more competitive. Even so, Hysterical Lady impressed last time and can follow up.
