King Ragnar will be fancied to make it third-time lucky having found only one too good in both starts to date. He was sent off favourite on both occasions but was a little disappointing last time at Chelmsford. Lairig Ghru has placed in his two runs so far but probably needs to improve to win a race like this. QUEEN’S COURSE was an eye-catcher at Wolverhampton last week, making good late headway from off the pace despite having to come around horses. The fact that she’s turned out again quickly here suggests she’s a fast learner. There are several newcomers worth noting including Godolphin’s Frozen Ocean, who is a half-brother to two winners, and the Kodiac colt Anjah. Indian Road is by Invincible Spirit out of a Group 3 winner and should also win races.
