In depth

Verdict

Ventura Bounty made a promising debut when runner-up at Nottingham but disappointed when starting favourite at Ffos Las back in August and hasn’t raced since. ARJU has the more recent form having found only one too good at Kempton on last month’s debut and Bob Cowell’s filly looks sure to go close with normal progress. Productive cost €360,000 as a brother to a Group 3 winner and makes most appeal of the newcomers ahead of Ingleby Command and Waitangi with Lucky Poppy perhaps the best of Tim Easterby’s three runners.
