      Verdict

      CENTRAL CITY won three times on the all-weather at the start of last year and has slipped back down the weights since. A recent second at Wolverhampton suggests he’s ready to get his head back in front with Andrea Atzeni’s presence another positive. Liva is another looking to take advantage of a tumble down the weights and went close over 1m6f at Wolverhampton last time while Sweet Marmalade has been thereabouts here recently and is preferred to Tigray, penalised for winning at Southwell last week and best on the Fibresand. Major Snugfit drops back down in trip after going close over 2m here.
