In depth

Verdict

This looks a tough race to call but we will give the tentative vote to Dechiper with Thornaby Green and White Moss both worth noting. The selection runs off a six pound higher mark since winning over course and distance last time out. In the process he was breaking his maiden tag and prior to that was looking like an expensive horse to follow. Having said that he could just be improving as the season progresses and we feel is worth siding with once more. Thornaby Green has been around for what seems an eternity but caught the eye when finishing second to Mystical Ayr at Ayr last time out. He is a course and distance winner and although he is racing off a mark near his very best he is one to note. As is White Moss who is relatively unexposed compared to some of his rivals. He has been knocking on the door of late in similar races and it wont be long before the door opens wide for him. But for the winner we return to Dechiper.
