Balakiref has the pick of the form to win this at the expense of Inter Vision and Middlemarch. The selection is seeking a hat-trick after wins at Haydock and most laterly over course and distance. A six pound rise sinse his last success seems fair enough and he could be still one step ahead of the handicapper so is worth siding with once more. Inter Vision caught the eye when finishing second to Malcheek at Ripon earlier on in the month. He has been raised a further two pounds as a result which looks a little harsh and will make life no easier this time. While Middlemarch won off a mark of seventy at Ascot last month and now races off a five pound higher mark. He still can be a danger and is worth noting in the betting market. But for the winner we return to Balakiref.
