Red Force One was engaged in the 5.15 at Aintree yesterday. BRIEF TIMES won a Ffos Las bumper in May then novice hurdles at Exeter and Doncaster before just failing at this level at Wincanton. He started favourite for a Class 2 handicap at Kempton last time but ran poorly. See The Sea comfortably won three handicaps in October before pulling much too hard at Kempton a month later where he weakened quickly when headed. Byzantine Emperor is 3-5 over timber but probably ran his best race to date when a close third in a Class 2 handicap at Musselburgh and is on the same mark.
