Let It Be ran a creditable race behind Rare Coincidence (a winner again since) at Southwell last month but he was well beaten that day and may have to settle for minor honours again here with a better bet looking to be Light Sentence, who gets the vote over Border Tale. The last mentioned is strictly held by Let It Be on running last time but he may be open to improvement so cannot be completely discounted. Apache Fort has paid the penalty at the hands of the handicapper for his wins on the all-weather and may be best watched now, while Intavac Boy may also be a shade high in the weights. The Pen is only 3lbs higher than when scoring at Beverley last time and has to be respected on that evidence but preference is for the relatively lightly raced Light Sentence, who lost no caste in defeat on his return behind the well handicapped Choristar and he is taken to go one better here.
