Hora follows a trusted path set out by Sir Mark Prescott and this Hernando filly gets the nod over Kentucky Boy and Group Force. French import Ergo is another to note in the betting but this trip is an unknown for him and he may be best watched on his British debut. Group Force also steps up in distance and may well improve for the new tactics. She may have been in need of the run on her latest start so, with her fitness topped up, she could be a different proposition today. Kentucky Boy has been in great heart and has won his last two starts in a game manner. He has more on his plate from a 4lb higher mark but cannot be ruled out in his current frame of mind. Even so, we prefer the claims of the unexposed Hora - a typically stoutly bred type for Prescott to go to war with at the back end of the season. Three starts over an inadequate trip produced a paltry rating of just 48 for the filly's handicap debut a fortnight ago. And with that run under her belt, Hora could easily make a mockery of her current assessment if all goes to plan.
