Verdict

RAASEL won in this grade last year and has placed at a higher level subsequently. He’s not raced on going this heavy before but has won on soft and arrives in good nick despite defeat in a Listed race at Doncaster last week when favourite. Nymphadora has almost three lengths to find with the selection on Goodwood running but Sense Of Duty is a fascinating runner. The latter has won four of his five starts but hasn’t raced since successful in this grade at Newcastle in June of last year, though his yard is capable of getting one ready at home. Designer is a decent handicapper but the lowest rated of these and Thunderbear is best over 6f.
