Gothenburg is taken to win again here at the main expense of Tamrai Dancer and Eva's Request. Mark Johnston's son of Halling stayed on strongly to win over six furlongs last time out and showed a good attitude when challenged on all sides. This step back up to seven furlongs should prove no problem and with this quicker ground unlikely to be a problem, he is fancied to continue his trainer's good form. Eva's Request let down favourite backers last time out at Kempton when stepped up to this trip and it may be that she is better at six furlongs at this stage of her career. Non Sucre has found one too good on each of his last two starts however he was slow away on that occasion and if avoiding a tardy start here then he can go close. Tamrai Dancer was a cheap purchase but has been running well on soft ground and if she takes to this quicker ground, then she looks capable of a place, however Gothenburg looks progressive and is fancied to score.
