Valleymount thrived on the heavy ground at Cork at the end of last month, leading over a furlong out and storming clear of her rivals. She's still only four and with further progress likely is certain to be a threat to all. BRAVE BEAUTY produced an astonishing performance on her first start for Gordon Elliott at Punchestown last month, easily defeating the hot favourite Ross Bay who is a very good yardstick. Nina Carberry takes over the reigns and her mount must be the selection to follow up. Catcherinthescratcher is entitled to major consideration as her short-head defeat by Our Victoria on her racecourse debut at Punchestown has been given a boost by the subsequent exploits of the winner and Edward Hales' mare has plenty going for her. Kalanelli caused a shock when making a winning debut at Limerick and can only improve but the ground was very fast when Misspublican scored at Tramore in August and conditions will be very different here.
