This looks the toughest race on the card but SIEGEMASTER revels in the conditions and has been running very well in better class events on ground faster than he would have liked including on his return to action behind China Rock and Sizing Europe at Punchestown. With that under his belt he can take this though dangers abound, not least in the shape of hat-trick seeking For A Finish, who is in superb form at today's trip and will make a bold bid to defy a 9lb rise for his recent Limerick success. Willie Mullins is represented by Pomme Tiepy, who has been a little disappointing since a brilliant novice campaign but has now dropped to a fair mark, and Arbor Supreme, who has a couple of pounds to find with Stewarts House on their run at Leopardstown in February but will be better suited by the longer trip. Across The Bay is a real mudlark who was quietly fancied for the Irish National but departed at the second.
