Son of Thunder and Time To Regret are sure to have their supporters here but a chance is taken on Penwell Hill who is given the tentative vote. The selection finished down the field behind Time to Regret at Pontefract last time, but he has a 6lbs pull in the weights with Time To Regret from that run and might just be capable of reversing the placings. That was his best effort for some time at Pontefract and he is on a handy mark compared to his AW rating so he could go well at an each-way price. Time To Regret has obvious claims based on that win at Pontefract and it would be a surprise if he were not able to make the frame. Son Of Thunder was a beaten favourite at Warwick last time but he goes well on this track and is still relatively unexposed so it may be premature to desert him at this stage. Hoh's Back is a game old sort and might be capable of running on into a place, but in a race where many would have chances on their best form we will side with Penwell Hill.
