A few course specialists in opposition here and it is only tentatively that we side with SPEEDY SENORITA ahead of Bateleur and The Bear. John Quinn's runner doesn't come here in good form but this speedy mare is ideally drawn next to the rails and her new handicap mark of 63 is very attractive. Quick ground suits and with Graham Gibbons a positive jockey booking she should go well. Silvanus is holding his form well and is respected off 61, Bateleur is only 4lb higher than his Ayr win when well-backed so he rates a player, whilst Sandwith's form behind Musical Bridge hasn't really been franked but he looks handicapped to win. Green Poppy may bounce back on this quicker track, Alacity needs a market check on her return to action, whilst Fasilyanne is consistent but she finds it hard to win. The Bear flopped at Hamilton last time but he won a seller well here in May and is not discounted, along with the very well handicapped Raccoon, however the vote goes to Speedy Senorita.
