David Elsworth's Haljaferia was good value for his win at Newmarket two starts ago but disappointed off his new mark at Salisbury subsequently and looks booked for a place at best in a race taken to go to NIGHT KNIGHT, who is preferred to Rub Of The Relic. Paul Midgley's gelding has run to a consistent level of form in recent starts and should be thereabouts again racing off the same mark as when a close up fourth at Beverley on his most recent outing. Dianne Sayer's Call Of Duty showed improved form when narrowly beaten at Hamilton earlier this month and he has to be respected racing off the same mark today. Nigel Tinkler's recent dual Wolverhampton winner, Bernix, was not able to reproduce a similar level of form back on turf at Haydock last month and looks best left out of calculations. Chris Grant's Night Knight has run well in claimers in his last two starts and he looks worth backing returning to a handicap off a mark of a fair mark.
