Silver Rime has the beating of Mr Rainbow on running at Newcastle last month but Linda Perratt's gelding now has a career high mark to overcome and looks best watched, while Tim Easterby's Malcheek has harshly gone up 4lb for his narrow success at Redcar recently. Similar comments apply to Gap Princess following her win at Ripon and to Paul Midgley's Polish World after his success over course and distance last month so of more interest may be GLEN SHIEL, who gets the vote. Mark Johnston's gelding was not disgraced on ground softer than ideal in a better race than this at Newmarket last time and he looks worth siding with racing off just a 3lb higher mark than when successful at the same venue last month. Richard Fahey saddles two runners in the shape of Deadly Encounter and Jeannie Galloway and both have to be considered given the form of the yard but this can go to Mark Johnston with Glen Shiel.
