Mo Mhurnin has been in decent form so far this term without finding a win and Aegean King caught the eye last time but LA ZAMORA gets the verdict. The three-year-old has looked progressive over her two career starts, she was third on debut last month and followed up by finishing runner-up at Doncaster last time. The filly will appreciate the stiffer test today and any improvement on her last run should see her in front at the post. Richard Fahey has had his string in good from recently and Mo Mhurnin comes into this off the back of three consecutive third place finishes. The filly is beginning to look a bit exposed now, but she is capable of at least making the money here. Aegean King has finished sixth in both his starts to date but caught the eye in behind last time. He still looked a little green but comes up against some fairly modest company here today and a place amongst the minors looks imminent. As is the norm with this type of race a market check is advised but we can look no further than La Zamora.
