WOODSLEY HOUSE is the tentative selection to get the better of Mr Lu and Nufoudh. The selection has a good deal more to prove than that pair and George Foster hasn't found his way into the winner's spot in this calendar year but the horses haven't been running too badly of late and the eight year old course and distance winner lines up from a career low mark. He thoroughly deserves his current rating but blinkers may bring about a resurgence in form and the booking of David Allan takes the eye. Nufoudh has been enjoying a great time of things at this track but the signs are that the handicapper may have his measure now but that may not be the case with Mr Lu who is up 5lbs for a ready success at Ayr but he can spoil his chance by racing too keenly. Smalljohn should be on the premises but others are probably better handicapped whilst the remainder look to have something to prove which is also true of the selection, Woodsley House.
