How's She Cuttin' loves it here and can gain a fourth course success at the expense of Oranmore Castle, Racoon, Kings College Boy and Whinhill House to name but a few. This race is for those horses that failed to make the cut for the big race later on the card, and although worth far less, would still be a decent prize to lift. With the stalls for this contest situated on the stands side, preference is for How's She Cuttin', drawn in 12. David Barron's four-year-old has won three times here already, and was a gallant second to Racoon when they met over the course-and-distance seven-days ago. The latter was a worthy winner that day and is in the form of his life, but has been raised 7lb as a result, and has much the worse of the draw in stall two. That should tilt the scales in favour of How's She Cuttin', and it will be a surprise to us if she does not figure in the finish. Of the rest, Oranmore Castle is clearly better than he showed when last of nine at Thirsk, and Dandy Nicholls' runners are starting to turn the corner judged on the victory of Tax Free at Naas last week. Kings College Boy does all of his winning in the summer and has dropped to a fair mark, and Whinhill House lines up on the back of a claiming success here 19-days ago, but has more to do. How's She Cuttin' has plenty going for her and is the pick.
