Verdict

Rebel Aclaim gets the vote over Victorian Bounty in the opener, with Angle Of Attack likely to make his presence felt as well. Rebel Aclaim has shaped well on both starts at Nottingham to date, and with conditions in her favour here, should be capable of opening her account. The form of her debut second to Group Therapy has already been franked, and there were excuses for her defeat next time as she raced on the wrong side of the track on ground that was a bit softer than she would have liked. There should be no excuses this time, and this half-sister to five winners can add herself to that list. Victorian Bounty came up against some useful sorts on his debut at Brighton where he did not look at home on the undulations. He should fare better here but is taken on, while Angle Of Attack was done no favours by his low draw at Beverley last time and takes a further drop in grade. He makes more appeal than stablemate Do As I Say, and with newcomer The Game best watched, this is best left to Rebel Aclaim.
