        Verdict

        Luca Cumani's Sanbuch has rather harshly been raised 3lbs for finishing a creditable fourth at Goodwood last month and may be a shade high in the weights now so preference is for Eradicate, with Philatelist rated the pick of the remainder. The selection is another to have been raised despite being beaten last time but Mark Johnston's colt only went down by the narrowest of margins at Newmarket, doing his best work at the end of the race having been headed and he should appreciate the longer trip today. Gerard Butler's Dansant made a pleasing debut at Windsor and was not disgraced in a Listed race at Hamilton last time so could be of interest dropped into a handicap today. Ed Dunlop's Wait For The Light is entitled to come on for his reappearance run at Windsor and has to be considered along with the lightly raced Philatelist, who looks to be going the right way. Eradicate has the proven handicap form though and should really appreciate this longer trip today.
