Choreography is selected ahead of Electric Warrior and Quai Du Roi. The four-year-old is far from the easiest of rides but he handles this surface well and having shown bits and pieces of form around here, he might be worth chancing at the likely odds. Electric Warrior is sure to be popular following a good run at Kempton on the all-weather. A winner in fields of this nature and on the surface, he has to be the one to beat if the handicapper has done his sums incorrectly. Quai Du Roi invariably loses his races at the start with tardy exits and his backers have experienced such problems on his two all-weather outings this year. Thirsk specialist, Hula Ballew, seems capable of handling any surface and is watched in the market. Bailieborough's winning tends to occur much later in the season so he is passed over on this occasion. Emerald Bay returns after something of an absence. A race with plenty of imponderables and Choreography is the recommendation.
