We'll send Inca Soldier in to battle for us in the finale ahead of Attacca and No Grouse. This is the selection's grade and trip and, although he has never won from a mark as high as his current rating, recent efforts have suggested that he may be ready to strike. On his latest start at Thirsk over six furlongs he would have gone very close if he'd enjoyed a clear run and this longer trip and more open track can see him in a better light. Strathmore may stay but still has to prove that he does whilst there's no guarantee that Shunkawakhan can reproduce his recent all-weather form on grass. Therefore, we'll have a look at No Grouse and Attaca who have both tasted success over course and distance in the past. No Grouse's outing last week should have blown away the cobwebs and he can step up on that effort back on his favoured surface whilst Attaca has finished in the money here on seven of his fifteen starts and simply cannot be ignored. A trappy finale but Inca Soldier should be in the firing line.
