MIGHTY BOLD may be the one to side with here ahead of Awesome George and Minellity amongst others. There are rarely any worries with regards the fitness of runners from the Egerton yard and it's always a positive when McCoy rides for the trainer. The champ was aboard when the gelding was made favourite for his debut at Stratford and they returned well beaten. Mighty Bold is from a good family and may be worth another chance now hurdling. Minellity is another from a top yard that failed to justify market confidence on his racecourse bow. His dam is a half-sister to Azertyuiop and he would have to be feared if the market vibes were positive with his yard in tip-top shape. Awesome George made an early mistake on his hurdling bow at Uttoxeter and was reasonably short in the market for what may well turn out to have been a strong race. Arturo Uno and Saddlers Diamond are two more worthy of a second look but fortune will hopefully favour our selection Mighty Bold.
